Do you ship internationally?

We do ship Internationally, most perferred method is Snail Mail. The USPS. If you would like to use DHL, FedEx or UPS, just let us know via email or call us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all form of payments, All Credit Cards, Personal and Company Checks,

Wire Transfers, Cash in person or COD with UPS.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated by pounds. Once the box is loaded with your product it is weighed and entered in for the amount to ship the package.

Are all your products always in stock?

A lot of your products are made to order. We carry vary few things on the shelf.

We do I send Re-Webb or Re-Cert items?

Please send all items to DJ Safety location: 2623 N San Fernando Road, Los Angeles, CA 90065. Please make sure to put a note in the box with your name, address and phone number to contact you when we receive your package. Also if the order is RUSH please let us know.

Is there a Rush Fee?

Depending on the product there is rush fee of 20% of the full order.

What can I do if my order is wrong?

Please call us immediately (during business hours) or email your sales Rep. We will try to fix the problem ASAP.

What can I do if my custom order is wrong?

Please call us immediately (during business hours) or email your sales Rep. We will require the item back in house to verify what is wrong with the product. If it is mess up on our side it will be fixed at no charge to you. But if is it a custom suit and did you own measurements their will be a $60. hourly charge to fix the problem.

What is your turn around time?

On custom fire suits your normal turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks, but during Jan through Mar it is 8 to 12 weeks. For normal products time frame is 1 to 2 weeks. On large orders we will let you the time frame when we talk to you about the order.
